⚠ Preprint — not yet peer-reviewed alzhub usefulness score 16 out of 100. Cognitive tests and assessment

Topic: Health services, long-term care and technology

Sixty participants (30 intervention, 30 control) were recruited and followed up between March 2024 to September 2025. Among those approached, 87% (60/69) consented to participate, 90% (54/60) were retained at six weeks follow up. Overall, the user experience findings indicated strong acceptability and generally positive perceived usability and engagement. No serious adverse events, including injurious falls, were reported during the intervention period. KOKU-LITE was feasible to deliver and acceptable to PLwD in a home-based community setting. Although the study was not powered to assess effectiveness, the findings support progression to a definitive trial, with refinement of outcome selection, intervention-use monitoring and follow-up duration. Funding: National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and Alzheimers Society (Award number: NIHR200174).

Preprint — not yet peer-reviewed. It scored 47 on the same rubric, but non-peer-reviewed sources are capped at 16, so it shows as 16. Scored zero for sample size, effect reported and studied in people because the record does not state it. We have no data on times cited, citations per year, impact for its field and year, cited by studies here, still being cited, senior author's track record, institution's track record and multi-centre collaboration, so those were left out: it earned 29 of the 62 points we could judge it on, which is 47 out of 100.
