Perfusionsmuster der [18F]PI-2620-Tau-PET bei verschiedenen neurodegenerativen Tauopathien
Michael Rullmann, Solveig Tiepolt, F. Willmer, F Peppert, Matthias Brendel, Johannes S. Gnörich, Matthias Leopold Schroeter, Dorothee Saur et al.. Nuklearmedizin - NuclearMedicine, 2025-03-01
Topic: Brain proteins, microglia and lab models
Why it matters
Early-phase and R1 images from [18F]PI-2620 tau-PET correlated significantly in all groups, and disease-specific hypoperfusion patterns were seen in AD, bvFTD, and lvPPA but not in PSP or nfvPPA. The authors conclude that further study, including comparison with [18F]FDG, is needed to determine the biomarker value of this imaging.
