Topic: Gut, metabolism and diet
We also assessed the rates in patients with other significant medical, neurologic, or mental comorbid illness. Results There were 652,378 patients who received insulin and/or a sulfonylurea with an HbA1c test result. The maximum rate was nearly 4-fold compared with the minimum rates for HbA1c less than 6.0%, followed by 2.25-fold for HbA1c less than 6.5% and less than 2-fold for HbA1c less than 7.0%.

How this study scored 62/100
Published in a leading specialty journal, and it is a snapshot of people at one point in time. Scored zero for randomised / blinded because the record does not state it. We have no data on journal's citation record, times cited, citations per year, impact for its field and year, cited by studies here, still being cited, senior author's track record and institution's track record, so those were left out: it earned 38 of the 61 points we could judge it on, which is 62 out of 100.
